AIDS Housing Association of Tacoma (AHAT) provides people living with HIV/AIDS a circle of caring that empowers them to stabilize their health and to maintain diverse housing options through support services, life skills education, and in home professional services.

To provide services which ensure that persons ill with AIDS, and in need of supportive living, are provided enriched housing – including the opportunity to stabilize their condition, to achieve the medical adherence necessary to prolong life, or to receive support for end-of-life issues in an atmosphere that emphasizes individual dignity, respect for diversity and human connectedness.

 MC CLEARY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH MINISTRIES

"To Develop Fully Devoted Followers of Christ, We Believe, Connect, Serve and Share."

The funds support the church whose ministries include supporting the local food and clothing banks.  Our Benevolence Program helps low-income families, elderly and disabled with emergency assistance.  We also provide youth Christian education and support their mission activities to help these vulnerable groups.  We host weekly Alcoholic Anonymous meetings, and offer discussion groups, bible study, and Sunday School in addition to a blended contemporary/traditional worship service. 

 

What is HAVA?
HAVA, the Harbor Association of Volunteers for Animals, is an all-volunteer group serving the animals of the Twin Harbors region of Washington state. The area we cover stretches roughly from Westport in the north to Bay Center in the south. It encompasses portions of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties.

A shelter is a safe haven -- not a last stop before death

Adopt-A-Pet is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Washington State charitable organization run by volunteers.

We are the only dog shelter in Mason County that has the resources to care for the physical and emotional needs of abandoned or unwanted dogs prior to their adoption.

We also offer a low cost spay/neuter program to help reduce the problem of pet overpopulation in our county.
